The Creekside Homeowners Association owns the Creekside Cabaña Club located on the corner of Yerba Buena Avenue and Burl Way.  Our homeowners association was founded in 1964 and is comprised of 444 homes.  You are a proprietary member of the Creekside Cabaña Club if you own a home within the association’s boundaries.

     The Cabaña Club is situated in a beautiful park like setting and has a twenty-five yard lap pool with six lanes, a diving pool and a toddler wading pool.  There is a half basketball court, a sand volleyball court and a picnic area with coal barbecues and picnic tables.  The pool area of the Cabaña Club is open from May through September.  Please visit our Pool page on this website for more information.

     Our members may rent the clubhouse for weekend parties throughout the entire year. More information about rentals can be found on our Rental page.

     One of the premier activities for the entire family is our summer swim team, the Creekside Cudas.  The team is open to boys and girls from ages 5 through 18.  Our members often tell us how much they appreciate having a sport that all of their children can participate in together. Our swim team families also enjoy a number of fun packed events each season, such as pep rallies and evening social events.
